Top Up Hire Pty Ltd (Top Up Labour) (the employer) employees are responsible to accept duties that they are licenced or certified to perform and that are within the limits of their competence. Top Up Labour employees are required to perform all duties to the best of their ability at all times; perform all duties in a manner that does not cause a risk to health and safety; use their best endeavours to promote and protect the interest of their employer; and follow all reasonable and lawful directions given to them by the employer. All employees are required to follow workplace policies, rules and procedures. All employees are required to complete tasks in acceptable timeframes and quality in accordance with industry standards for each particular task.

No alcohol or drugs (except prescription) shall be consumed on site during working hours; nor shall any employee under the influence of such substance present himself or herself on site or any workplace. Top Up Labour recognises that everyone is enttitled to work in an environment that is free from discrimination, harassment and bullying.

Work hours on site are: (unless alternative arrangements are made with Top Up Labour site management);
Start: 7:00am until 3.30pm (5.00pm if overtime worked)
Morning Break: 9:30am until 9.45am (10 min wash up, i.e. productive work to cease at 9.20am)
Lunch Break: 12:30pm until 1.00pm (10min wash up, i.e. productive work to cease at 12.20pm)
Finish: 3.30pm & 5.00pm (10 min wash up, i.e. productive work ceases at 3.20pm & 4.50pm)

Top Up Labour site or office management must be notified by employees who are unable to attend the workplace for any reason, with as much advance notice as possible. On the day of non-attendance due to illness, communication early morning via phone or SMS is required.
